i genuinely have no idea if i should study italian or french. on one hand, french is probably more useful, especially since i live in the u.s. and could communicate with people from french-speaking canada. french also seems to have more speakers. however, i also have an italian study book and it seems easier to get the hang of for me than french, especially since i can't yet differentiate what people are saying and the way things are spelled in french.

i genuinely love both languages but i don't know which one i should learn, even if i'm the only one who can decide this. i have a study book for italian and busuu as a language learning app but i don't have a french book yet. should i learn italian first and then go with french? learn italian and pick up bits of french along the way?

i am currently spacing out and i feel kinda down and low. what do you all do to get out of that?

people, when i tried to vent about my trauma and how people were treating me like shit because of my differences were completely missing the point and telling me to go fuck myself and shit for "not taking accountability" and "blaming people for my problems".

so making gross comments towards people and threatening them and telling them to kill themselves is my fault?? because of my disability and i shouldn't blame them for them saying that? what the hell.

i would say no, but this is no stupid questions so i would like to ask others what they think, stupid question or not.

my crush "isla" wants to decide if they really have feelings and if this is going to work out before we actually start dating, so for now, we're friends, but we managed to hug and meet up for the first time.

they also do like me so far but who knows what the future holds. my tarot card reading when i had the question in my head "will i get a relationship soon?" said probably yes according to isla's reading of the question since they asked what the question was.

so i (f) recently got into a talking stage with "isla" (nb) and we kinda have a "slow burn" type thing going on. i'm lowkey scared because they really do wanna decide if we should be friends or be in a relationship. i really like them and want a relationship with someone and also don't want to rush. last time i rushed, things went badly and ended in a few months.

i'm scared, though, they will decide i'm a better friend than a gf, though there are some good signs like them at least having feelings for me.

i know we'll still get to chat if they decide we should just be friends but i guess i'm just scared for whatever reason. i don't mean to be panicky, i guess i'd just like to have someone who's more than a friend.

so, me (f) and "isla" (nb) are friends with mutual feelings for each other. we plan to have a slow burn relationship and meet up a few times before isla decides if they want a friendship or a gf situation but i'm a bit nervous they'll say no. i'm literally manifesting they say yes since we already came this far. 😅
