Box A is significantly less than Box B. Three orders of magnitude is a lot!
But Box A on its own is still a life-changing amount of money in this case, and I think that makes the "dilemma" less of one.

Yeah, at that price point, I'm just taking both boxes. A guaranteed million is enough for me. I don't need to be a billionaire.
