spoilerI know there’s surgery you can get to just remove the erectile tissue if that’s something you’re interested in. Might also make it smaller idk

It’s a cool surgery but unfortunately if you don’t live in the states and have insurance with a surgeon in-network it’s an insane amount of money madeline-sadeline

Like all those warnings you hear about how hrt can cause erectile dysfunction and I’m just like “I was promised it wouldn’t work anymore” kel-pout

Whatever ape that decided to stop climbing trees and start walking upright really fucked things up

Switching to cypro completely fixed the dizziness I felt on spiro. I wouldn’t worry about the brain tumours. Like you said, they’re benign (not ok per se but they won’t kill you) and they only happen on larger doses. Cypro is mostly used with cis men with prostate cancer who usually take 50mg to 150mg per day, so most of the risks associated with cypro are for those doses. But if have even a small amount of estrogen then cypro is much more effective because the estrogen also reduces your testosterone, so for trans women 12.5mg is almost always enough to reduce your testosterone to cis female levels

For me it was 5 and 15 respectively, so quite a gap

Pretty similar to my story except I figured it out at 15 and took closer to a decade to do anything about it. I knew I didn’t want puberty and didn’t like what was happening and wished it would stop, but I didn’t have any kind of framework or reference to understand what I was feeling. My experience with a trans movie as a kid was ace ventura, which didn’t exactly do a good job of explaining things

spoilerIkr! Like a lot of people will post stuff like “here it is after seven days of recovery🤗” and it’s like, ok, I’m really happy for you, but this tells me nothing. The most people will do is like 6 months after surgery and that still doesn’t really tell you what it’ll look like and the only girls that will post stuff after a year who aren’t asking about advice for complications are ones who got it done by doctors in germany or fucking suporn. And it’s frustrating because everyone says it’ll look fine, but I want to know for sure

spoilerI meant more that like the labia don’t extend all the way down towards the canal, so it looks like the canal is below the vulva not inside it. Idk is that normal? I’ve literally never seen a vagina of any sort in person so I wouldn’t really know. I suppose I could just ask them about it though

spoilerlike the bottom ends of the labia minora meet in between the canal and the urethra

spoilerOne thing I’ve seen a lot of with pictures of grs montreal work is the labia minora meet above the canal instead of below it and I’m worried about that happening. Do you know if that’s typical or if can be fixed in revision?
