Hahaha Thank you I think? I'm finding varying reports, but tbh I'm not expecting too much! (Something about not being disappointed!) The changes to my body temperature and hot flushes have felt extreme.... So. Much. Sweating. (& I'm in the southern hemisphere where the weather is getting colder, but not me 🥵 ha!)

I guess everyone is different, but I "officially " hit menopause yesterday..... Yes years.... 😵‍💫

And after leaving went on to form Soulfly who have a heap of awesome albums, as well as forming Cavelera Conspiracy with Igor. Max also toured and performed the roots album and another tour doing beneath the remains / arise also with Igor (which I saw when they toured Australia - just awesome!)

I just finished 'The last devil to die' also.... It was sad / poignant, but omg also so funny and clever!!! I love the Thursday murder club! I'm also a big fan of murder mysteries, especially 'cosy' murder mysteries... Good to have things work out in books when the real world is going to shit.

I'm definitely no expert, but being an old machine I think the best thing to do is to get it serviced by a professional (sorry I don't know how many big Mac's that will cost), but it should be a good investment. From what I understand those old Singer sewing machines are great workhorses. Hopefully others will comment who know more than I do, but personally I'd get it serviced. Good luck!!
