I can see other communities content but not here though. My settings are fine as this is the first community I've seen this on.

Eh, I only came over here because I wanted to give a source/name to one of the threads without using my main account.

No sauce for you guys I guess.

As far as I can tell it's only here.

Yeah, just checked a bunch of communities and all their content is there.

I can't even edit my title/body of the thread.

~~Can I edit my comment?~~ This I can do.

Here's what I see:

My thread is the only I see no matter what options I choose in the community. No top of all time, no nothing.

Nope. I can't even see your post on my thread.

Ok, so, I prefer when it's the person in the photos doing the posting/interacting. It at least makes it feel authentic. Yesbum and sexmeat seem to be the best examples of this here. (There are a few others, but those seem to be the most high profile.)

OF promoters, well I have little to no respect for them. Posting in 20+ communities all with some uninspired title that may or may not be in tune with the community they posted their image in.

So I'd say the line is them engaging with the community. Even if they don't respond to comments, fucking at least keep your images to a few relevant communities (Nothing irritates me more than clicking on a profile and seeing a page full of the same image.) and make your titles fit with your content. Not just, "What if I were your sister, what would you do?".

Right? I don't think they know how long that community has been a thing. I remember it for at least most of the time I was on reddit too...which was just over 10 years so it's been around for a hot minute.
