I think you're both right. We need more building designed to be flex spaces. It's impossible to guess what we need 20 years from now. Let's make sure new construction can handle a wide range of use.

I would absolutely love non-motorized suggestions for a leaf mulcher. My compost pile cannot keep up and I don't have a lawn mower...

Just off the top of my head: DIY pull up/dip bars, exercise routines in parks, how to stay motivated and advancing when you're nearing the max of what bodyweight only will allow. Idk, I think it's possible!

I just think it would be really cool to see a community that rejects the need to spend more to stay fit and healthy.
