Most of these cars start as non-running junkers. Racers can sell parts off the car and add to the budget but must keep track of it all.
The big investment is time. Looking for cheap parts, making the car reliable, etc.

Basically. When I go to the dispensary the flower is listed as eighth, quarter, or ounce. Everything else is in grams.
In California cannabis is usually sold as ounces or fractions of an ounce.
I've worked in the business previously. Back of house always worked with grams but the customer was usually presented with oz.
Since it mentioned grams I assumed it was cocaine.
I thought I recalled this happening locally so I did some searching. Apparently this happens often with all types of animals. The oxygen mask used here is designed for animals.
My veterinarian had an office cat. It would come into the waiting room and sit on my cat's carrier to exert dominance.
Appears it is not the entire postal service, just the inspectors.
The postal inspectors are federal police and have a lot of power.
