That's good, not an easy thing to start or to keep up. The thing that helped me forgive the people in my life that had failed me in pretty substantial ways, was understanding them just as people, not as the specific role they were in my life. People make mistakes, and they usually aren't taught the proper tools to handle things properly.

Maybe they can use the same techniques for keeping their product management and feature roadmap for more than an hour.
The way I solved this was by setting up a hotspot on my phone with the same SSID as my home network. The Chromecast doesn't know the difference.
I just tried registering as well, same issue. It looks like a problem with their registration process, I tried resetting my password and it was unable to find my email.
