Very funny side effect of my new mouse. Its supports 8000hz polling rate (normal mice are 1000hz). When i enable this setting and move my mouse around, my cpu usage bumps up to around 20% lmao.
1khz will hit around 6%

Love getting a new computer mouse (Endgear XM2 8k) but hate the feeling of the new mouse being slightly different speed that I now have to get use to.
i would say so. its about as good as a pixel 9 pro for half the price

LLMs are not intelligent, LLMs and computers in general will never be sentient, and this whole thing is a useless deadend that has made society immeasurably worse. I mentioned previously that I want to write an article on how LLMs are a delusion on the scale of anti-vax and flat-earth. I'm slowly collecting references and hope to write something up soon.

Intel is essentially dead this gen. Get an AMD. More cores is always better; x3D if you want to game
solid cooling system
I was disappointed with my previous cooling system, which was basically top of the line air cooling; it still got hot and constantly spun up and down as temps changed. Messing with fan curve was also annoying. I upgraded to a full custom water cooling and my load temps are now lower than they were when idling on air cooling. Fanspeed/Pump speed are set to constant so i don't get any windup/down noise. Highly recommend
