they seemed to be leaking in from one particular instance I was subbed to. I unsubbed from that instance before coffee this morning and now I can't even remember which one it was, so I'm seeing fewer of them, at least.

The Bear is not a comedy. It's been nominated as a comedy because it would lose to Succession.

I keep waiting for Amazon to start generating AI-driven online profiles spouting Ai-driven selling points for AI-generated media.
It's the AI version of "Flood the zone with shit" except the entire internet is The Zone.

Those jerks. This show had such heart, characters you could personally invest in, gentle pacing, a real throwback to classic TV. Why do they keep doing this?

Surrendering to the darkness of love.
I'm not strong enough.

My band makes covers of pop songs in a vaguely Leonard Cohen style. It was a fun idea we first had back in 2007 or so. We are The Three Leonards. Results are... unpredictable at best - as they should be :) For example:

Died In Your Arms (Tonight)

Have a listen, let me know what you think.

Here's a question you don't hear often: what if Leonard Cohen had performed a cover of (I Just) Died In Your Arms (Tonight) in the 1980's? What would it sound like? Would it have a bunch of parentheses in the title? These are questions that do not have to remain unanswered.

Believe me: you haven't heard anything quite like this before.

I haven't done much with this Microblog section but I kinda like the look of it. so here goes:

Hey folks! I make music! It's a bit... different? Come on, all music is supposed to be different. I guess that changed on me over the past 20 years when I wasn't paying attention.
Anyway, the music I make is part of A BAND. We are The Three Leonards and we are devilishly handsome and make pretty decent stuff.

Our music is easily ignorable on all major platforms:

and also a bunch of other places that Soundrop puts it, like Tidal, and Amazon Music (which is evidently still a thing).

The music you love is awesome. Maybe we can be a part of your awesomeness.

Posting our cover of the classic 1980's tune over here on Beehaw.
It was pretty challenging to re-imagine this one. The original's a classic.

I hope this brings a smile to your day.

our cover of the classic 1980's tune.
This one was a real challenge but I think it turned out really great.

A moody, noir-flavoured take on the timeless "Black Velvet", from the second half of our second album. Tracks are releasing monthly-ish until December.

cuz it's not "the future" because the future is now.

Morning everyone.
I'm producing a music project : our band is called "The Three Leonards." If you heard of us I'd be impressed (social media promotion is exhausting.) "What if Leonard Cohen did covers" sounds like a crazy idea (we were probably high when we came up with it) but the results are kind of wonderful. Our music is damn good, or at least damn interesting.
