All Chromebooks ARE Linux. ChromeOS is a Linux based operating system. Whether or not you can get to the lower level is a different discussion. I had one of the first Chromebooks, you have always been able to root them and do what you want with them.

I live a few miles from where this occurred. The sidewalk is right on the road (only on one side) it's 4 lanes with no crossing other than the light at the grocery store. You cross at the light, you have no sidewalk, you don't cross at the light you have to cross without a crosswalk. It's 4 lanes split by a row of trees, very low visibility, and every one speeds over the 45 mph posted speed limit. I wouldn't let my 13 cross that road and walk down it, much less at 6pm, one of the busiest times.

For context, this is where it occurred: https://maps.app.goo.gl/9GjCYGBAm5BBm8k59

Not to be a jerk, but I'd argue everyone is born ignorant due to an inherent lack of knowledge. Ignorance can be rectified through education. I would also argue that everyone is born with varying levels of intelligence and ability; so not everyone is stupid but there are those who are, unfortunately. Stupid and ignorant mean very different things, even though they get colloquially misused often.

While I would love to agree with you, the way I read the 14th amendment is that the government can not do anything (or pass any laws) that would deprive you of those rights. It does not imply (in my opinion) that they are required to do things to ensure you have those rights.

Lol, some movies only back a small change to be improved. Take Passengers as an example, simply have Jennifer Lawrence choose to wake a passenger and cut there. None of the passengers waking up to everything bring all green crap

Sometimes I feel like I'm still the only person who still uses it. I'm teaching my daughter the proper way to use it because the schools aren't.

Park'd and Rec'd, a disc golf channel that covers all the Charlotte NC area disc golf courses. Funny guys that aren't pro level good, so you can see how a decent disc golfer would play a given course:

Fire in the Sky... I am 40 and was maybe 10/11 when I watched it. I now have a legit fear of being abducted by aliens that makes it hard to sleep alone. I can't watch any movie that deals with alien abductions.

My daughter had a science assignment from her second grade teacher to record and draw the moon every night for two weeks. I emailed the teacher and asked if it was sufficient to use a moon phase tracking website. She responded saying that, as the assignment states, the children needed to observe the moon directly. When I responded back asking if she really intended the children to stay up late enough, or get up super early due to the shifting times of moonrise and moonset she lost it, telling me the moon should always be visible before the kids bedtime. Ignoring weather, what lunacy...
