I've turned off proxying of all images to see if that helps with the image issues. I had been holding out for 0.19.6, but that seems to be delayed... may turn it back on again in the future.
Usually I'd lean towards removing an editorialized title such as this, but under the circumstances I'm not confident the title isn't 100% correct.

Plain old reboot. When 0.19.16 is out of beta I'll upgrade to it. We have enough issues without running pre release versions.
Notifications for PMs, initial sign up welcome emails and password recovery. Though due to the host we have the server on being widely blacklisted, many never see the emails.
