I haven't listened to this one yet but Osees/Thee Oh Sees/John Dwyer/etc is very prolific and their stuff is usually worth a listen.

She makes some of the most emotionally intense music I've heard.

Skiptracing - Mild High Club

How about some laid back psychedelic rock. Everything this band does feels like being high.

Both of these new songs are really good but I especially love the ending on Space Invaders

I always like Kurt Vile on a long drive.
