This would happen in most southern states (GA resident here). There is almost no decent/real mental health resources here.

First heard them on San Francisco’s alternative rock station, The Quake, when I was stationed at Mare Island in the early 80’s. I expect zero people to relate.
They were both FAR from being upright citizens (what do you expect from a family that made their money illegally?), but they weren’t outright insane.
