Quick question Re: sanitizing my home feed.

I have subscribed to some news related magazines from lemmy and kbin based forums.

I would like to sanitize my home feed of certain items when they're posted as posts... Like when someone posts an article from, say Fox "News", or E! (Entertainment Network) website, etc...

Is it doable?

I was curious, after seeing quite a few spam posts originate from one particular instance, is there a way that I, as a user, can block instances, so that their users' posts don't appear on my feed completely?
