I mean, What are you trying to download and can you get it from other channels? MS store has been rather hit or miss for me, and you can typically find it elsewhere....and if you can't find it elsewhere, there are still ways to get it from the store without using the store

Seconded. Rustdesk is what I use for all my remote access stuff, doesn't matter from what OS to what OS. The only problem I had was when I tried using it to remote into my Bazzite install, I had to OK it from the Bazzite machine, which defeated the purpose.
