Maybe your instance was defederated by the instance of the community you are trying to post to? From what I understand, you can check in the Instances link of this server if your instance is listed. I don’t know if that is still true, but I think Beehaw (temporarily?) defederated lemmy.world for example, because it was growing so fast that they couldn’t keep up with the moderation.
