That's the problem I have with a lot of instructional Cooking for complete bozos who really don't know how to cook -- They write the instructions as though you already know your way around the kitchen.
There really needs to be some kind of Intro to Cooking guide that assumes you actually don't know shit and explicitly tells you what to do and how to do it.
