Das Problem an den Mieten ist halt echt dass die so ungleich verteilt sind.
Dass man als neuer Mieter das zig-fache von langjährigen Mietern zahlt ist halt echt abartig und natürlich zieht dann niemand aus der klaren Verstandes ist wenn man weiß dass es danach nur schlimmer wird und man nie mehr eine Wohnung zu dem Preis bekommen wird.
Ggf. Wäre es einer Überlegung wert ob man Mieterhöhungen im Bestand mehr normalisiert wenn dafür die Mieten für Neuvermietungen gedeckelt werden?
Oder von jedem Anbieter mit mehr als einer Handvoll Wohnungen verlangen dass seine Mieten im Schnitt an den Durchschnittsmieten der Stadt orientiert sind statt immer nur auf die Neuvermietungen zu gucken.
Aber keine Ahnung ob man da überhaupt Ran kommt

If you want investigative journalism you have to show that by paying for that
The problem is that too many people seem to want the clickbait stuff so it's not really worth it for other than ethical reasons since the amount of people paying for journalism is too small these days

Merkel ruled Germany for 16 years but 1 year after her party was out of power they started campaigns about how broken the bureaucracy is and how bad the electricity-grid is without the atomic power which they decided to quit or complain about the government making changes to what heating is allowed in houses in order to be on track with the climate targets (which is a very steep climb since they didn't do anything)
And people eat it up and vote for them again or go even more extreme because that kind of thing makes people lose faith in the process all together.
Außer dem Staatshaushalt halt - damit hat man dann zwar technisch mehr in der Tasche aber ist am Ende ärmer weil man viele ehem. Subventionen selbst zahlen muss weil der Staat dafür kein Geld mehr hat
