Capitalist and the really all elites worldwide do not view us poors as being real humans. What that means here is that the actual artists you are talking about are not fellow wealthy people to those pushing AI replacing art. The capitalists only see a cost, something they believe to be stealing what belongs to them (bc they are insane and need medical care for mental health). What those capitalist aren't asking for is for is the artists they are contemporaries of to be replaced.

It's highlighting a potential significant risk. Major ozone loss is much worse than lack of internet. The high uncertainty of the paper is easily offset by the harm that would be caused if the paper is correct.
