I used to hate running until one day something clicked in my brain. I just ran my second half marathon last week. One thing I learned was that of your dying from running, you’re probably going too fast and should just slow down.

My PT told me that the best exercise is the one that you can do consistently

Yeah, there’s a ton of upgrades whose budgets are tied to cognition pricing. The big station near me was under construction and temporarily stopped when they cancelled it (it’s since resumed)

There is a visa you can get in the uk which I’m considering for bs/ms holders within the past 5 years from specific schools that I’m seriously considering. The problem is it’s only for 2 years (3 with a phd)
