I fully accept and recognize 100% of the damage Biden and Harris have done

You actually don't. And you wrote why yourself later

Why won't you recognize the objective fact that Trump is worse on almost every issue, especially this issue?

What is "worse" in this genocide? You, just like a lot of average Democrat people on both Lemmy and Reddit, have this idea. There's no "worse" genocide. All the atrocities that happened under Biden, will sadly simply continue to happen under Trump.

Just because you usually vote for the Democrats, it doesn't magically make their "genocide lite" more appealing...or exist. It's not a thing. Try telling someone from Palestine that things are about to get worse after all they've witnessed and see what they reply.

You, and everyone else guilty of this, are simply minimizing their experience and policing their voices. "I know you think this is already the end of you, your family and everything else you hold dear, but trust me, this other guy that I hate, is worse than witnessing your dear one being burned alive"

There was a choice between "continue" or "get worse".

Wrong, the choice in Palestine and Gaza has depressingly always been "continue" or "continue" with the genocide.

And that's why I felt sick by the comments. Because you (and everyone else in .world) is STILL doing this exact shit, after Palestinian people have been trying to tell you this for far over a year

The US, at one point, stated that it would use any and all means necessary to prevent ICC prosecution of US servicemembers...

...including, but not limited too, carrying an offensive attack on a friendly NATO country, to cover up any possible attempts at justice.

Nice effort at jedi mind tricking your way around it lol

That is truly a 5 years old understanding of the current conflict

While I do genuinely feel sorry that this roommate of yours behaved in such awful and shitty way, my point was about the larger communities as a whole. Especially now that there are openly fascist people in power in the US and in a lot of other countries, I believe it's even more important to be united. Or at least, as I quoted before, know where the differences lie.

That doesn't mean being supportive of wrong behaviors and/or people of course. Being critical of wrongdoing is an essential skill. But in my opinion one can't be as critical when generalizing about such large groups

Should I work with Marxist-Leninists?

If you're organising at work or around housing issues, the people you work with are not going to all have the same politics at you, and your opinions on the July 1918 uprising of Left Socialist Revolutionaries after their expulsion from the Bolshevik government are not relevant to that situation. Yes, really, no-one gives a shit. You're relating to each other as workers in that situation, not as representatives of a political niche, at least we hope not.

If there are real political and organisational disagreements, it's better to be open about them than gloss over them, and retain some independence.

However, even with my instance defederating ml, hexbear, and grad, I can still see people like you, which is slightly disappointing

Not as disappointing as seeing you contributing nothing to the conversation. You just replied to be mean and leave a snarky reply even though I've never interacted with you before.

But tell me more about how those other users are trolls...
