I visited Phoenix a while ago and I was genuinely surprised by the small amount of houses with rooftop solar. It would truly be a perfect match: lots of sun and lots of air conditioning. But then again, capitalism makes it all so much more complicated.

Run your window AC with just 2 solar panels when sun shines. Easy DIY project you can do in one day.
You can always use forefox's profiles to manage different profiles and the add-on profile switcher. 2 clicks to change profile that way.
I'm late to the party, but the Community Plugin ReadItLater does this with copied links from within Obsidian.
If you're looking to self-host, nextcloud is the way go. But if you're just looking for a drive alternative, there's plenty of simpler alternatives, like proton or kdrive.
