That was an incredible phone, it even had a little d-pad so your could tab one character around at a time when texting. Physical keyboards felt so good, but it made the phone a lot thicker.

I dont add it [edit: smart tv] to the wifi or drop a cat 5 cable to it and my smart phone will still see it in the house and ask if I want the two devices to connect. I miss when TVs were a bit thicker and easier to take apart so you could easily take out the wifi and Bluetooth cards.

Everything after ascii art was a mistake. It feels childish to use emoticons, a lot of users here grew up on platforms that only had text and to see emoticons is jarring. Needing to use an image for emotional context is poor writing.

In the US Marines, in boot camp they taught us to wrap the muzzle device in electrical tape to keep dirt out. I still do it if we are going to the field and we aren't shooting. I've never seen the plastic caps. If we had a built in cover like OPs picture, so many people would shoot right through them.

You can pay almost $100 to get your TSA pre check every year and skip lines. Or better yet not travel during the holidays when the airport is struggling to handle all the people as it is.

Second from the right is a Marine for sure, everyone in the picture has 8 point covers, but not everyone has USMC ironed onto their left breast pockets. Probably a bunch of Marines or Sailors since the Army / Air force have never worn the 8 point cover.
