I honestly don't know why you thought this was a good idea, but I'm too busy to deal with it so I guess I'll let the other admins decide what to do in this situation.
I think it's morally sound but I get them removing it, idk how the laws are in the netherlands but this would probably be a huge headache for them to deal with, atl that's what happened with Ada.

I'm sorry, Im on phone so I can't take a screenshot :/ but it's simple to describe:
In the settings under moderation, there is a textbox saying "Default application rejection message". Here you just put the msg.
At the applications tab, pressing deny would automatically fill in the reason with the predefined message. I hope this helps, sorry I couldn't screenshot.
