Goddamnit, no. That's not where you take this. You get angry, and you funnel your anger into something positive. You vote, you reach out to people, you contribute your time and energy supporting what you know is right, and you don't stop fighting. Unless of course you truly believe your side isn't worth fighting for. But from your first paragraph that doesn't seem to be the case.
Fight for what is right because your position is stronger, your supporters are smarter with better ethics. Recognize the dirty games the weak side is resorting to, and be right there to call it out and put a stop to it. We might be seeing the desperate, extreme death throes of a burning Republican party. But if you back off and throw your hands up, you give them the opportunity to manage the fire and keep trying to destroy this democracy.
