Not OP but generally people are arguing against ideas not people.
For pointing out the realestate scam?
If the mistake is murder, 30 years of good has to be REALLY good and the person who died has to have been a real b*stard. But Rape? no chance! Straight to jail.
The atmosphere is more dense at the surface and thins out as we climb altitude. Several gases are probably denser than air so there's few of those as well at altitude. Heat is concentrated where the air is more dense and also heat trapping gases like water vapour and CO2 are abundant at sea level.
But I am just testing my brain and could have done a search to back up my answer. That means I could be wrong.
They sink? Boats have huge rolls of the cable that they unspool as they trace the line that was planned for several years.
To fix the cables i guess divers either go down to the cable... or if its too deep they probably pull the cable up by respooling or other methods (probably a sea crane of sorts)
Technically concepts do that... not tools. You can do the same bashing with a hammer or a wrench
