@BonesOfTheMoon

Yeah, I know little of IT (as I'm a mech engineer, in construction) but find the story telling to be so good it's one of my favorite podcasts.

Yeah, this is probably the highest educated genre by necessity.

Ontario is now top of the list.

My husband only found out he has ADHD at 46. Suddenly a lot of stuff is starting to make more sense to him about why he has struggled with certain things throughout his life. The meds have been helping too. Hope you get the help you need!

I hear you. I spent most of fmy social time as a teenager in those new-fangled chat rooms in the mid-late nineties and I don't think I ever really learned to socialize properly in person. Lol. That said, I don't find the newness of this platform too daunting. I was one of the people who left Digg back in the day too.

I do miss my May 2023 baby bumps group now that I'm on maternity leave and have a lot of down time feeding the little one though. It's not like it's easy for me to leave the house with a toddler and a newborn even if I was to join a real life parenting social group.

Currently on maternity leave here in Canada. It's 17 weeks of maternity leave but then followed by parental leave that can be taken by you or split with your spouse for the rest of the year. It's only 30% of my regular salary but it's something. I also have the option to reduce payments and spread them out over 18 months.

Baby/toddler parenting groups. I joined groups for the month/year of each of my little ones on Reddit and they're very active communities.
