I don't know, your wall idea seems pretty good.

I'm certain that a lot of the problems in this country stems from the fact that everything is in London. In the US you've got loads of major cities other than the capital, this forces politicians to actually be aware of local problems (not that it's working very well right now).

In the UK everything's in London. In the US if a major show happens you assume it's going to be in New York or LA, not Washington.

So we're doing the wall thing and then we're moving government out of the capital, let's see how interested they are in improving the economy and social housing when they're forced to do everything from Bradford or Middlesbrough.

Yeah because we need loads of fascists in the world. It's bad enough with the lot we've got.

I'm sure Farage would have been better off. Not sure the country would have been.

Reform really can't keep quiet about their Nazi tendencies can they, they are all too thick to shut up.

Which was what was done with the weather mod. Mojang didn't like it because what people really want for weather mod is hurricanes, mojang don't like anything too destructive like that which you can kind of understand, you can't really do a normal playthrough with it on.

It makes it a totally different game.

But I don't think anyone really cared and I don't think it's had a particularly adverse effect on the mod developer, they've got plenty of backers I doubt there's any interest in suing mojang over it.

It still fluctuates a lot. If they were going to accept bitcoin I as a game developer would want them to get it into something a bit harder almost instantly. I don't want it staying in bitcoin here it can lose its value, for no reason at all, at the drop of a hat. Under the current system steam tend to hold on to money until the end of the month and then pay you, that wouldn't work with bitcoin.

It's an odd one because it wasn't even a word in common usage until about 50 years ago, so I don't understand where the Americans got their attitude from since it appears to have been entirely self-generated.

It's the same in the UK. The politicians bitch and moan about it but they're not actually going to do anything about VPN because that would be far too complicated to work out and enforce, and it would force them to admit that the law doesn't work, and they don't want to draw attention to that.

As I said the equipment is pretty big, like the size of a small refrigerator, so it's going to need to get reduced quite extensively before it's really used in anything like that.

It's a kind of ridiculous system though because you somewhat arbitrarily have 12 points on your licence, which is just a weird number for them to have chosen, and penalty points only stay on your licence for 18 months. So you could be like this idiot and drive while using your phone and you probably won't be caught often enough for you to actually lose your licence.

So habitual offenders get away with it as long as they're not too egregious.

I would love to see them try that for other crimes.

Excuse me, I'm allowed to shoplift, that CCTV camera is breaking my privacy rights.

Because the GPS isn't distracting, reading a message is distracting, writing a message is especially distracting.

Glancing at the screen to see when you're turning left isn't.
