IPs should never be used to moderate, they are shared across too many people. Often multiple neighborhoods will share an IP.

Please don't. The Aussie flag will likely be the largest, and it will have art on it next year (not like this year where we accepted art, next year it will be on the template.) It also allowed art this year. There is no reason to be an asshole and ruin stuff for no good reason.

I did not destroy any logos, and did not see any which are not currently there. The Aussie flag didn't waste much space, as art and logos were allowed on it and covered most of it.

Can you send me the exported image from that program with a transparent background?
