Fair enough, I can't speak to any particular individual's situation. There's certainly folks who have a harder time adjusting to extreme temps, and those who simply can't.

It's a commercial vehicle. Very few, if any, people drive them as normal commuter vehicles.

The very format of Lemmy is more egalitarian. For example, it gives an enormous amount of power to individual users to filter out unwanted content, and decentralizes content moderation over a variety of instances. This doesn't appeal to some right-wing ideologues who seem to value more hierarchical, centralized systems. Basically, Lemmy is more democratic (or has the potential to be more democratic) than other platforms.
Yeah, you kinda have to just take that bull by the horns, so to speak.
Drink tons of water, get a lot of exercise, learn to like the feeling of sweating. It also helps if you can develop a feeling of pride over your own suffering. It's like eating spicy food: it gets easier the more you do it, but not if you hide from it.
Basically, go outside and suffer through it. You get better at coping.
