Unless each node holds all the data, it is not guaranteed to stay available. Mirroring content across 2, 3, or even 10 servers wouldn't guarantee that it will remain eg. after 10 years. Even torrents die after they are no longer popular and people stop seeding them.
I still hold my opinion that using an actual blockchain to hold the conversations is not scalable solution at all. Only unique thing it would enable is for unwanted content to remain permanently in the system.

Obviously the trial is going to be charged, as what is happening is unprecedented. Just because it's charged doesn't mean that it is driven by one party party wanting to wipe out their opposition.
In a country with proper separation of power, the juridical system is generally considered independent from the political executive branch. Obviously US has some exceptions to that rule with some judge appointments and such made by government officials, but generally the rule holds true.

Ymmärtääkseni on vaikeaa löytää kannabislajiketta, jossa ei olisi lainkaan THC:tä. Ihan kuten täysin alkoholitonta simaakaan. Onneksi suomessa on fiksu lainsäädäntö, joka ottaa huomioon tällaiset rajatapaukset...
