I had to get one during covid lockdown since I wasn't going to the office and staples messed up my jobs most of the time (and it wasn't cheap). I got a laser all-in-one and got knock off toner from Amazon and it works great and I got it for less than $90
criticon
I had to allow a bunch of stuff in pihole because I wasn't able to use Google flights or Google News and some functions in Gmail, the sites never finished loading
Mexico (we don't know how)
That was me playing Pokemon red. Got it without knowing a bit of English, took me a lot to realize that dialog was important sometimes and it took me several days to figure out how to teach and use the HMs. Later my dad got me the official guide so I could follow the pictures and use a dictionary to figure out some words
Not anymore, it stopped working a while ago
The second one is more generic, but I agree with the first one
My PC didn't support boot from CD, so I had to use about 6 WinXP floppies just to load the necessary drives to install from the CD. Good times
I think we also had the Win 95 and 98 installallers somewhere although I learned how to do it when upgrading from 98 to ME
How to with John Wilson is the same vibe. I want to recommend it but it's very difficult to explain why it is so funny
It works better with chorizo
There's a woman I haven't met in person but I have to send emails to about once a month to ask for something only her group can do
One time I did something like "could you help us get xxx report from your system by CoB? 😅 " and she replied that emojis could have a hidden meaning and are not professional and I should not use them in emails
Next time after she helped me I went to the greetings system we use and send her a public card for gratitute or team work with some gif of cute cats hugging. I think everyone had a similar experience with her because a lot of people liked the post and then they started doing the same
The worst part is that we have the option to give away points in the system that can be redeemed for gift cards but I've never seen anyone give her points, only cute gifs
I love HP and they were a big part of my life, made me enjoy reading and helped me a lot with English (and British) vocabulary. I still enjoy the books and movies that I already own from time to time but I cannot see myself consuming anything new knowing that it will give money directly to Rowling's pockets to fund his trans hating organizations
