AOC is career politician (insert add for term limits here) and as such she is tries to walk the middle line, carefully selecting her words and never goes far enough on her stance on certain issues that might get her in trouble, like her meandering support about Gaza and Israel. She is not the progressive darling we need, just the best the DNC has, and at times, that isn't saying much. We need a viable working class, progressive party that isn't afraid to fight.

She is an outspoken surrogate for President Biden, a figure many fellow socialists have condemned as a warmonger. She has also carefully calibrated her messaging around the war in Gaza, declining to take some positions that have inflamed Jewish Americans.

Tulsi's actions aside, a politician who has flip-flopped on every issue known to man, so no surprise, it is shocking to me to see so many defend Obama. He is a self-proclaimed 'CENTRIST', which is basically a republican-lite who governed as such. His campaign injected by money from bankers, which is why he bailed them out and left the working class homeless during the housing crisis. He was the king of drone-bombing during his reign, killing lots of innocent women and children, then in ironic and laughable fashion was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. He created a healthcare system not on the backs of medicare like the progressives wanted, but built with the healthcare and insurance companies, which is why Obamacare today is as bad as it was before he created it, only now they force everyone into it else you get fined on your taxes. He was no working class hero, just another neo-liberal nightmare.

We have to have two, to keep the masses fighting, thinking one will bring change the other can't. It takes the eye off the ball from the oligarchs, industrial war machine, the three rogue letter spy agencies, and most of all the Zionist influence. Brain-dead voters will scream across the isle at each other, "but my candidate is slightly better than your candidate!" Logic has left the room.

Yes! Tired of updating KDE at times and the plug-in 'rounded-corners' doesn't work because Kwin is slow to update.

My question, does this also work on gtk apps?

I don't think at this point, any genre is going to make a comeback to help the theaters. Biggest chain in the world AMC is hurting. They announced on the news yesterday that they are going to add more adds, like up to a half an hour of them before each movie. Guess there is no reason to get there early anymore.

The uni-party trash system.

Me too. I would end up naked with kitty in a well hole putting the lotion in the bucket. It was worth it!

Most people are either sheep, or have given up the fight. That is why anything that requires great change either doesn't happen, or happens only when something impactful affects them personally. 'Look over there....Netflix!'

Yes, agree. The ugly side of history.

This isn’t the first time I’ve blogged about the dearth of truly great PC laptops out there, and I suspect it won’t be the last.
