I watched an episode of the Hawaii 5-0 reboot in like, 2010 that had this clown guest star as "super cool evil powerful bad guy™️" and even as a teenager I could tell he was pathetic. Hope he rots in jail for life

I know someone who's motorbike got stolen in Atlanta and the cops tracked the lo jack, then initiated a high speed chase that included a helicopter and briefly shut down part of the atlanta airport. They found the bike dumped in a forest near the airport and it ended up totaled out. This was a new bike, but like, an 8k one. When the person asked the cops why they went through all of that for such a cheap bike, they straight-up said they like causing high speed chases and exercising authority.
It's not about the money, it's about them getting to be cruel on your dime and you not having any recourse to stop them. They get off on that.
My family is certainly lib, but i can put forward critical topics like "the Washington Post carries weight for political opinions barely of the left of Hitler because it is manipulated by a megalomanical billionaire" and get a positive response. They're really just awful when it comes to US foreign policy. In a vacuum, they're not prejudice, but any mention of Palestinians and suddenly the situation is "complicated"

I had a shitbox with a piece of pipe I welded on after the exhaust fell off once (it was fully legal and passed state inspection). I got pulled for driving the speed limit and the cop told me I was breaking noise ordinance. I ask which ordinance and all they did was fume at me that they can't "name it off the top of their head". I'm sure the cop never pulled over someone in a giant diesel truck or a 100k sports car for making noise.

Is this trying to frame manufacturing 24/7 as nefarious? Third shift exists at what pitiful manufacturing remains in the US, but you never hear things like "ford allegedly running overnight shifts to build new f150s, a requirement for the hogs to drive to McDonald's".
