I feel compelled to let anyone know who cares that (as my pt informed me recently) RICE is no longer recommended protocol for healing a sprain (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)..that it slows down the natural healing process and more active processes are preferred that increase blood flow.
Cute af cat regardless.
Most people pronounce it the later, LocalThunk pronounces it the former, but says either is fine by them.
