Why is docker recommended?

Mint on my media box. Still Windows on my daily driver, mainly for gaming. I did try Mint for it and while I did like it, I couldn’t make the full switch.
It would be fairly simple. Like seeing something to do with death and your response would be sad or a synonym of.
Show a picture, video, audio clip or text designed to elicit an emotion. Ask how the user feels.
Another Australian here who drinks water on tap. Some places have bad tasting water but it’s still drinkable. It’s probably only bad because it’s different.
Fuji water is the best water I’ve ever tasted.
They’ve got GUI, it’s just very basic and lacks a lot of the features you would choose them for.
Proton’s good but they seem to neglect Linux a lot. Command line version is okay but missing split tunneling so I’m seriously thinking about flicking it for something else.
10 years ago I was visiting friends in Melbourne. They casually proposed going out and hanging out like you would at around 11am on a Saturday. It was 9pm on a Tuesday. Blew my mind that most things were open and operating.
Where I live if you haven’t eaten by 8pm, you better enjoy McDonald’s because it’s the only thing open.
Given that I just watched My Dinner with Andre this might be worthwhile in the same ballpark.
I’ve been on the torrents for ages but just started with Usenet this weekend. So I’m dual wielding with Usenet as first priority.
I love it. It’s missing a lot of the things I disliked about the other place which is fantastic. It’s reasonably barebones by comparison and I am totally fine with it.
The only issue I have is some of my interests aren’t represented here (or I haven’t found them yet) and that’s something that will come with time or me actually putting in a bit of effort to create. Not the platform’s fault.
