in seething news, here's some big talk from a vassal. incredible how freeland can spend 10 years being a US attack dog and then turn around and propose to work together with other vassals against the lord.
Former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland said if she’s chosen as leader of the governing Liberal Party, she would hold a summit — bringing together leaders from Mexico, Denmark, Panama and the European Union — the day she’s sworn in as prime minister.
The coalition would “coordinate a joint response to challenges to our sovereignty and our economies,” she said in a statement.
in addition to actively anticommunist brainworms, there is the more passive ignorance of marxism's existence and what it claims to explain. it takes a person deliberately seeking out marxist theory to be exposed to it. there is no marxism floating around in the corporate media zeitgeist for people to just casually understand. the person you mentioned might be receptive
what movie is it?
The biggest flaw in the game is probably the fact that the morality system is so mechanically reinforced, because it means you're rewarded for not really thinking about conflict because you just always select the good guy/bad guy option to get the right type of morality points.
This is true, but I still liked the morality system even with an extremely simple choice because it made being renegade that much more satisfying. Renegade femshep is one of the best voice acted parts in videogames ever, there are some really funny moments.
We use this kind of recipe (with vegan oyster sauce) and it is good. This on rice is tasty.
Generally, drying tofu first and squeezing moisture out helps you get the crispier surface. Breading the tofu with panko also helps with that, but I think of that as more of a frying method, not microwave
The "carbon sink" aspect of this relies on semantics and isn't actually a meaningdul carbon sink. When any form of life does photosynthesis, it pulls carbon dioxide out of the air and makes some kind of carbon molecule out of it, like cellulose/lignin (plant tissue) or in this case a carbohydrate like glucose. That indeed removes carbon dioxide from the air. However, unless the ultimate product is a stable, sequestered carbon in a form like charcoal or carbonate mineral, then the carbon is in a form that is just waiting to react and ultimately turn back into CO2. In the example from the paper, the cell makes glucose. In actual applications, the cell would make some other carbon intermediate chemical that would be used in other biopharmaceutical processes before it is eventually cycled and reacted back into CO2.
This type of biopharma manufacturing could be less energy intensive than other pharma approaches and that would reduce lifecycle carbon emissions, but it wouldn't make the process a carbon sink unless the spent biomass from this type of process is turned into biochar or some other form of stable carbon.
Please ask him to share one or more of his favourite jokes. Here is one for him, hopefully he can read some English:
How do you tell the difference between a chemist and a labor organizer?
Ask them to say "unionize"

It's beyond credible, he agreed and admitted to reaching under the shoulder of that woman's dress looking for pluto in her tattoo. His account of sexually harassing his assistant is basically the same as hers as well. The only one he actually denied was drugging and removed-ing that other grad student in the 80s.
