Dan O'Connell for St Pat's. They used to use the little park next to the pub for a band (the Australian U2 Experience I think) and outside drinking. Cheap Guinness that got cheaper throughout the night. I remember getting $1 pints at about 2am as they were trying to finish off the supply.

Have you seen this? his performance of Clementine on Breakfast Time in 1995? He's basically awkwardly laughing along with the presenters, and then just knocks it out of the park with his performance. Watch the presenter's demeanor change as soon as he starts playing....

Just a general thread about running. How's your running going? What are you training for? Did you get new shoes? Sporting an injury Etc.... )

 

Obviously not that great in comparison, but I've managed to keep running 3 times a week since September last year. I'm pretty happy with this I've gotta say. Started running for weight loss and heart health. Haven't lost any weight - I'm still ~120kg post COVID - but my heart health has improved a lot.

Side note - if I was to compete against the 4 minute mile record holder, they would beat me by almost exactly 4 minutes...haha
