I canceled Super and uninstalled when they started telling me to get Max. My friends canceled and uninstalled today because of this news.

You might be right. Tbh even in outright toxic companies, I've never had a toxic team, nor a "work bully". Only toxic upper management and that was mostly about compensation and perks, or lack thereof. Not personal stuff. Closest thing is one guy who often made mean or uncomfortable jokes at people but I think he legitimately didn't realize that some people didn't like them. He was very social and yet never seemed to grasp boundaries.

SA:MP back in the day had such shit netcode you had to shoot a significant distance ahead of a running player or nothing would happen to them. It was the shot receicing player's client that had to detect the shot. In games where the server determines what happened to you, 100ms means there's 100 milliseconds where you don't even know you're dead. That said, unless you're playing competitive, 100ms is still borderline okay. Near 200 it's horrible already.
Now something like a game of Civ? You could have an entire second and be OK.
