I work in retail and one time we had someone take the firelane parking to the next level. They pulled up directly in front of the sliding door, like less than 2 feet between their driverside door and the entrance. You couldn't even get a cart out.
Maybe they have an app where it streams the contents of your washer to you live 24/7. Sounds stupid, but that is the only thing I could even imagine.
Could have also unplugged it for a little while to see if it was actually the washer and not something that their router misnamed somehow.
