They could print out a cut and fold guide to make a 3d object. Not saying that is a reasonable read of this, just something to argue in court if this somehow makes it to law.

Don't even get me started on their implementation of .7z files, it is so incredibly slow compared to the actual 7zip program
I'm also in northern LP. We use it for when we are planning a trip to Detroit, for example.

I work in retail and one time we had someone take the firelane parking to the next level. They pulled up directly in front of the sliding door, like less than 2 feet between their driverside door and the entrance. You couldn't even get a cart out.
Maybe they have an app where it streams the contents of your washer to you live 24/7. Sounds stupid, but that is the only thing I could even imagine.
Could have also unplugged it for a little while to see if it was actually the washer and not something that their router misnamed somehow.
