In general I think there are 4 approximate groups of people when it comes to The Last Jedi. The group that really likes it (i'm in this bucket). The group that thinks its a fun action movie but doesn't push any of its interesting choices enough(you seem to be in this bucket). A group of irate star wars fans who hate it and review bombed the shit out of it. and people that dislike it because its a somewhat basic blockbuster with bad pacing. I think the existence of that third group, and at least in online spaces it isn't remotely small, shows the movie was pushed about as far as it could be for the 8th entry in a big bucket movie franchise.

Its just a weird word choice for many/a group. If you read the article they are typo squatting legitimate packages with alternate versions that steal the ssh keys.

Not my cat, but a family friend's. The cat would go nuts for olives. One of them liked having olives on their pizza, and the cat would eat their way through unattended pizza boxes to get to the olives on the top of the pizza.

basically no symptom of ADHD is exclusive to ADHD. But as a rule, executive dysfunction as described here will happen much more frequently and for much more mundane tasks for people with ADHD when compared to people without.

Patents were invented to make things more open. Before patents, companies and people relied on trade secrets. They would go out of their way to hide how everything worked. At least with a patent things needed to be in the open and eventually became public domain.

Also works both ways making it even worse. Actually catch someone saying something abhorrent on a hot mic? It was AI, I swear.

Returned hostages have had time to be debriefed and interviewed now, so their experiences are getting a news cycle.

https://youtu.be/N4wW85WZMJQ this video is probably not the best source, but it outlines the fundamental issue, which is mostly that people don't expect lemonade to be caffeinated and the labeling for it, although present, doesn't highlight it at all.

This doesn't pass the smell test for me. If I find a recipe I like I tend to spend the duration of that recipe on the website. the extra time it takes to skim to the recipe itself is a rounding error in that math. I posit the actual reason is that recipes aren't copyrightable so the websites need to add all the extra bullshit, which is copyrightable, in order to make it hard for some bot to trivially take their recipes.

So, its not as unhinged as it sounds. Still very wrong mind you. But transmissible cancers are a thing, they just tend to be intra-species, and there isn't such a cancer for humans excluding things like organ transplants. This type of cancer does exist in dogs. Generally its called Clonally transmissible cancer, which given this persons spelling, is likely how he ended up at colon.
