It’s on by default. The number should appear next to the username once you’ve liked one of their posts

This isn’t the worst possible outcome. It’s the most realistic one. The worst one would be publishers just straight up replacing their writers with AI

It worked perfectly fine on Windows. I have changed nothing and now a boot option which should’ve booted Windows from my regular hard drive somehow came back to the USB drive with Mint on it and booted as it should so 🤷‍♂️ I guess my motherboard is wonky?

Edit: now my Network isn’t working…

Edit 2: Got it to work now. Still don’t know what the issue was

Trying to install mint on my PC, but I just get this error, then a few minutes of loading screen with the mint logo, and then it just reboots.

Yeah, and the AI meme is just a less funny version of the original meme, which is why I downvoted it.

A lot of „leftist“ beliefs are really just basic human decency and that’s already too much for some people

I don’t think you quite understand how the Fediverse works.

Lemmy has no control over the instances. It only provides the format and connects the instances with each other. That is the „fed“-part. Federation. A central authority controlling how each instance moderates itself would defeat the point.

If you don’t like an instance, block it and move on. Nobody except the person who runs the server can do anything to change how they run it.

A reference to the „biblically accurate angel“ meme, which is a bit hard to describe so I recommend just looking it up at seeing the pictures to get the reference

Scissoring (a common sesbian lex position)
