Hey, I'm the mod of [email protected], feel free to post and discuss indycar over there!
Lemmy doesn't support anything like that atm.
Yeah it does. GDPR applies for EU citizens regardless of where they are. It's why every website in the fucking world has a cookie banner now. An EU citizen could register for Fi service with a VPN and a mailbox at a UPS store and Google's handling of their data would be subject to GDPR.
Maybe the EU says the GDPR applies to all EU citizens regardless of where they are, but that doesn't matter. ox at a UPS store and Google's handling of their data would be subject to GDPR.
Maybe the EU says the GDPR applies to all EU citizens regardless of where they are, but that doesn't matter. They only have the right to enforce the GDPR within their jurisdiction, regardless of where a EU citizen is.
Really? Whoppers were really small, the times I tried it.
Not sure I understand your point.
They can't shake the grip of GPL.
That's the point. They don't want to shake the grip of GPL. Nor should they, linux is already mainstream, being the most used kernel in the world.
I know linux isn't for everyone, but self hosting on windows is self-inflicted punishment. It's just not the right platform. Sure it's doable, but it's death by a thousand papercuts.
I hadn't heard of the idea where communities could follow each other. Seems like the no brainer solution for me.
16GB eMMC and Nix
Yeah, that ain't gonna work.
On my chromebook, it runs great. But I have a 128gb ssd. The only things that don't work are hdmi audio and automatically switching from speakers to the audio jack.
Did you even read the post?
Yep keyd is fantastic. I also have a chromebook laptop which I installed NixOS on, and the keyboard is an absolute disaster. Keyd has been a god send.
I've wished for krunner custom results ordering for so long... It's finally here π₯²
