Oh yeah. I forget about this. Lol This is pretty easy to do with tools like awb. You can mindlessly fix typos like i do.
Some trackers that i use, i indefinitely seed things and so i have a crazy ratio. My book tracker is one of these. Also quite frequently I'll use a token to freeleech the file, so it increases my ratio or I'll buy it as freeleech for the site in the next week. This might be what you're seeing.
And a lot of private trackers have some type of points system to fix your ratio if it gets out of whack. They award points for seeding.
I'm so split on this as a person who has dated (for a long while) a guy who works in wardrobe on film and TV sets. Yes i still pirate, but i also buy the things i love and appreciate. I know those sales go into his pay and unfortunately those billionaires pockets.
Try being a e release engineer and having to use it. It's awful. You have to configure your nodes to connect to their servers and then wait for the "magic". Quite often it would time out and this was for a mega video game studio. Denovo is trash.
Also not saying they are responsible. I'm just curious if they saw the calm before the storm.
