Found this in a thrift store today, almost pristine. So I bought it for $2. Totally worth it.

Midnight at the pump.
It was late, and everything was quiet. I stopped here for a bite to eat. But I had to admire the glow.
The Navigators - Soldiers and Sailors (2011)
Rock music mixed with sea shanties. Very Newfoundland style. Great stories, and some genuine toe tappers.
The thick.
Everything growing wild. The weeds growing long. Everything slightly damp.
A corner for lovers.
An inviting spot where we can canoodle
and stare at each other.
Perhaps say nothing
because what is plainly said is unsaid.
Taking the train.
Approaching Bridgeport Stn. A nice scenic journey. I highly enjoy travelling by train.
The Gang - Zero Hits (2008)
I might be one of the few to have ever heard this record. But this is a killer album. In terms of sound, it sits somewhere between U2, Arcade Fire, The Strokes, and Sonic Youth. Right up my alley. The mastering is a little loud but no more than was typical for the time. Straight up bangers on this one.
First cherry blossoms.
Probably my favourite time of the year. Sakura is so beautiful. And I love how the petals fall from the tree once they mature.
A quiet spot.
Just a place in my neighbourhood with foliage. I come here when I need a break. Nothing happens and I like that.
The first daisy.
Incredibly small. But the first one I’ve seen this year. Here it is poking out from the grass.
Jewel.
Something unique I found in a mall. But not just the jewellery, but the hand that holds it. What an inhuman way to hold something, but also kind of symbolic.
The Kingston Trio - S/T (1958)
This iconic folk group’s most iconic album, which contains their hit song “Tom Dooley”. Certain things haven’t aged well, and are actually offensive. But the bulk of the music is well performed.
