Sorry to hear this is happening to you. I went through something similar as I graduated with a CS degree in the middle of the dotcom burst. I ended up having to move from NY to AZ (USA) to find a job. It was terrible and I have so much sympathy to anyone going through that now. Wish I had a solution for you, I really do. I sent out crazy amounts of resumes and applications. About the only thing I can think of is to keep applying.

I can’t believe that ~45% are still favorable. Most depressing thing I’ve read in the past 10 minutes

They’re not fresh. The fairy demands the freshest teeth but long ago ancient humans made a pact with the tooth fairy. In exchange for humanity to cease its hunt of the tooth fairy, the TF will stop hunting children in their sleep to pursue the freshest and most desirable teeth. Centuries later, with the advent of capitalism, the humans rebelled and demanded compensation for the teeth to be given to the children. The TF, seeing the advancement of human warfare capacity quickly agreed to a small stipend per child in order to continue its harvesting.

Their share of disposable income is incredibly low. Picture someone 40 years ago with a much higher percentage of disposable income, of course they would be more into saving…they were able to save AND actually buy stuff once in a while. Gen Z has the option of saving OR paying rent.

Big brain move right there. Run an electric car company that relies on consumers to care about climate change…and then deny climate change.

About once a year I do something like $25. It’s about the time of year I do my NPR donation and anything else I have been procrastinating.

This is exactly what they voted for so I’m sure they’ll start celebrating all of this winning any moment now.

I really think this is just about him wanting to stop pissing off Tesla customers and get people to go back to buying his cars. I don’t believe at all that this break is legit.

They don’t want you to know about the dish gnomes forced to work in tight spaces under terrible conditions.

Happy to see the traverse tab. I was trying to figure out how to manually view and organize my subbed communities and the traverse tab is now there to do it. Great feature add!

Interesting take on the effort of MS to combat Chromebooks and their initiatives for more a more cloud centric Windows deployment.
