Some genre names would be: Colony Sim, Base Builder or City Builder.
Another great one is Dwarf Fortress, you should give it a try if you haven't already. It probably has the most in depth simulation of any game there is.

Yeah, you are right. Guess we used it wrong in school.
They can revoke the license whenever, but you can sue them for it. Whatever illegal garbage is written in the EULA won't hold up in court.
That's the funny part, they aren't allowed to. But they know no one is gonna bother to sue then over it.

The anime adaptation isn't that great. The pacing is awful since it's weekly and they have less than one 20 page chapter for each 20 min episode. At least the animation improved in the Wano arc.
And the ear... yikes.
It did look good at first sight though, at least for my untrained eyes. And I still like how the water or the hair looks, reminds me a lot of WLOP's style, like here
Looks pretty good. Luffy's attacks look pretty good. Loved how he tried to recruit the News Coo.
