All of these have very real physical effects, and human life cannot exist without them.

Creepy story! Do you still have the recording?!

This happened to me for years until I finally found a trick that works for me, which is that anos sounds more similar to anus than años.

Honestly I prefer it, once you get used to it and maybe tweak one or two things to your preference, it just feels super natural and smooth.

Gotta mention The Thing (1982). Impeccable cinematography, sounds, colors, everything. Practical effects that are still unsettling today, and good old fashioned "humans are not enough and never will be" horror.

You may want to look into that... mine sleeps for a day or two at least typically.

Honestly, I can't give you the info you need as I haven't lived in Alberta... But it does have a reputation for being the most right wing Christian part of Canada, so compared to Oregon I'd say it might be a downgrade

Corruption here (Canada) still happens federally and especially at the provincial level (like Doug Ford, which has many blatant examples and faces no consequences). Municipally (county level) I have not noticed as much, and my municipality seems to have a great local government that functions well... I've even spoken up and had a small issue resolved with little effort.

However I think you'll find if that kinda stuff grinds your gears you'll still have a better time in Canada than the US, despite the problems (and we do have problems).

Source: Canadian (Ontario) but lived in the USA for four years (Oregon)

As an Ontarian I also gotta say the bit about the premiers is also spot on.

Whoa thank you! Sounds really promising I'll definitely give it a try!

You heard me. I honestly love anime, and even a bit of horniness is fine, but as I watch more and more and run out of "mainstream" things to watch, I find myself in the same situation over and over:

I watch the first few episodes of an anime and then it reveals some unpleasant tropes, often involving either lack of consent, minors, or both.

So I'm just looking for your top 3 anime suggestions that DON'T include loli/misogyny content.

Bonus points for isekai because I love that shit.

Edit: example of an amazing one - "Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill"

Having so much trouble finding inspiration lately, I wonder if I'm in some kind of funk

Yiiiiikes tornado warning just dropped in my area, last time this happened it touched down ~500m away from my front door.

Optimistically hoping for the best.

I'm sick rn (just a cold) and it's driving me crazy. I hate how you just have to pass time and wait to feel better, I wish there was something active I could do to speed it up.
