Always seems like you have to reinvent the wheel in .NET and I'm missing something. Is there a nice set of ready to go libraries like Spring Boot?

This right here! Also, no back pain, take care of yourselves my friends.
It doesn't work well though, it posts week old stories quite often and posts a lot of posts all at once.
